About Attorney Robert C. Miner
Robert Miner, a native to Salt Lake City, graduated from the University of Utah with a philosophy degree in 1978. He went on to attend law school at Brigham Young University School of Law where he graduated early in December 1981. He formed his own private practice a few years later, joining forces with the FBI’s former legal counsel. Rob specializes in criminal defense, personal injury and medical malpractice claims. He has extensive experience in medical and forensic sciences and has the ability to-take on any expert witness in these areas. Rob has handled everything from simple traffic violations to federal child pornography and drug distribution charges, from penile implant errors to anoxic brain injury cases. Rob understands the importance of being an aggressive advocate for his clients, and understands the future impacts of potential settlements and agreements. Rob has obtained incredible results for his clients, including dismissal of first-degree felony charges for criminal defense clients as well as seven-figure settlements for personal injury and medical malpractice clients. In addition to his law practice, Rob also officiates various college and high school level swim meets. He and his wife have three children and live in Holladay, Utah.
