Robert C. Miner

Robert C. Miner is a seasoned attorney with over four decades of legal experience in criminal defense, personal injury, and medical malpractice. A Salt Lake City native, Rob graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in philosophy in 1978 before earning his J.D. from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1981. He co-founded his own practice shortly after, where he specializes in handling complex cases, from wrongful death claims to high-stakes criminal defense. Rob’s extensive knowledge of medical and forensic sciences enables him to challenge expert witnesses and secure outstanding results for his clients, including seven-figure settlements and dismissals of serious criminal charges. Outside of the courtroom, Rob is active in his community, officiating swim meets at both the college and high school levels. He resides in Holladay, Utah with his wife and their three children.
